Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Manager who can manage day-to-day coordination between our India and Dubai offices. This role focuses on team supervision, smooth communication, and operational follow-ups. The manager will support both teams in calling activities, reporting, and clear information flow so work moves without delays or confusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main coordination point between India and Dubai offices.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication between both teams.
  • Monitor daily calling activities and support the team with scripts, follow-ups, and guidance.
  • Track work progress and share regular updates with senior management.
  • Help resolve communication gaps, misunderstandings, or operational issues.
  • Guide team members on professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain discipline, work quality, and performance standards across teams.
  • Support onboarding and basic training for new team members related to calling and communication.
  • Ensure reports, data, and feedback are shared accurately between both offices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in team management or operations coordination.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
  • Ability to handle cross-location teams and different time zones.
  • Experience in calling processes, customer communication, or back-office operations.
  • Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Calm, practical, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools, emails, and spreadsheets.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working with international teams, especially Middle East operations.
  • Background in operations, collections, customer service, or coordination roles.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Working Hours

As per business requirements, with flexibility to align with Dubai office timings when needed
