Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Direct Sales to manage and grow our sales team in Noida. The role involves driving revenue growth, overseeing team performance, and ensuring high conversion rates through strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of direct sales executives
  • Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Guide team members on lead conversion and client engagement
  • Handle HNI and corporate client portfolios
  • Track and report on team performance and KPIs
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations for optimized sales flow
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with sales processes

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–7 years of direct sales experience in real estate
  • Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and buyer behavior
