Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team, supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring team productivity, and meeting performance targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, providing training and development opportunities for team members, and resolving any issues that may arise within the team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in project management and operational supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Customer service and relationship management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in financial services or payment solutions is a plus
