Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Zero Experience required
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Both Male and female candidates are eligible

Responsibilities:

Purchase order processing: Collate purchase requisitions and prepare, send, and track purchase orders to suppliers.

Supplier and vendor management:

  • Help research and identify new suppliers.
  • Compare and analyze vendor quotations to ensure the best prices.
  • Communicate with suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Handle issues like non-supplied, under-, or over-ordered goods, and damaged products.

Inventory and delivery management:

  • Monitor stock levels and order new stock as needed.
  • Review incoming deliveries against orders and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.

Record keeping and reporting:

  • Maintain and update purchase-related records and reports, such as MIS reports.
  • Ensure invoices are sent to the accounts department for payment.

Collaboration: Work with internal departments like marketing and finance to understand procurement needs and support their activities.
