About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Senior Associate Lawyer
with extensive experience in
litigation before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts
. The ideal candidate should possess excellent legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills, along with a deep understanding of procedural and substantive laws.

This is a senior role requiring leadership, independent case handling, and client advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the
    Supreme Court of India, High Courts
    , and other tribunals.
  • Draft, review, and finalize
    petitions, appeals, writs, counter affidavits, and legal opinions
    .
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on complex constitutional and commercial issues.
  • Strategize litigation plans and coordinate with junior associates and external counsels.
  • Attend hearings, conferences, and client meetings independently.
  • Maintain case progress reports and manage documentation effectively.
  • Provide proactive legal advice and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred).
  • 7–8 years of post-qualification experience
    in litigation.
  • Proven track record of
    appearances in the Supreme Court and High Courts
    .
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle complex matters independently.
  • Good client-handling and team management capabilities.
