Role Description

We are looking for a high-energy Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing product team. In this role, you'll work closely with management and cross-functional teams to help define, build, and ship impactful product features for both B2B and B2C segments.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career who wants to learn the craft, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a leadership role in product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the product team in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both B2B and B2C products.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Write clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Assist in prioritizing product initiatives using business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor product metrics, user behavior, and feedback to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in either product management or technical roles.
  • Strong interest in building software products for both business and consumer audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Clear communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
  • Bonus: Exposure to SaaS or technology products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹900,000.00 per year
