Job Purpose: The role is to ensure that the quality of the construction is of the highest standard. Identify strategic opportunities & demonstrate lateral thinking to resolve the issues and provide solution. Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for Various Projects entailing defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, budget review & approval, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per preset budgets.
  • Lead the planning, coordination & progress control and Responsible for detailed project planning, Budgeting (Project Budget, Business Plan etc.), Cost Control, Risk Management.
  • Responsible for Monitoring and Review of progress, Coordinating review meetings.
  • Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
  • Coordinate for compliance with laws, regulations, and standards during Pre- Construction Stage.
  • Maintain effective communication with various Stakeholders.
  • Study the site execution plans with all related stakeholders during the Preconstruction including complete site logistics.
  • Coordinating for administering the end-to-end execution of projects as per budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time overruns to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Interfacing with consultants, clients, design team during Preconstruction stage of the Project.
  • Responsible for developing the procurement plan and the process of procurement management including Coordinating for RFPs,, Tender , BOQ and post order tracking and site delivery of the material (end to End ) .
  • Responsible for project material procurement, coordinating & following up with vendors for project delivery process.
  • Responsible for BOQ, Cost control, Procurement, & complete analysis of rate.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience:

  • Assistant Manager: 6 to10 years

  • Manager: 8 to15 years
