Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Help maintain HR records and update employee data in the system.

  • Assist with HR documentation such as employee contracts, policies, and procedures.

  • Aid in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

  • Assist in tracking attendance records.

  • Support HR team members in day-to-day tasks as needed.

  • Contribute to HR projects related to performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Expected hours: 6 per week
