HR INTERN

As an HR Intern at Bestow, you'll get hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about people management and wants to learn how HR functions in a dynamic, creative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Help maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Assist in attendance tracking, and performance review data.
  • Research best practices in HR policies, engagement, and talent management.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Contribute to planning and developing strategies for the company's growth, culture building, and overall employee satisfaction.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,223.72 per month
