Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Clinic Receptionist. The Clinic Receptionist will manage front desk operations, schedule patient appointments, handle phone inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating with physiotherapists, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the clinic. The individual will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling, ensuring the accurate organization of patient and physiotherapist schedules.
  • Knowledge of Phone Etiquette and proficiency in managing professional communication with patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Expertise in Receptionist Duties, including managing the front desk, greeting patients, and ensuring an orderly workflow.
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology and Medical Office operations, with the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in a medical or physiotherapy setting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills preferred.
