This role focuses on expanding our project management, development consulting, and advisory services across diverse real estate sectors while building strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & GrowthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities for PDS services including project management, development consulting, and advisory servicesDevelop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targetsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projectsCreate compelling proposals and presentations for new business pitchesLead RFP responses and client presentations for major project opportunitiesClient Relationship ManagementCultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at corporations, developers, institutional investors, and public sector clientsServe as trusted advisor on complex real estate development and project management needsManage existing client relationships to identify expansion opportunities and additional service linesCoordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and project successMarket Intelligence & StrategyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentsConduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and client needsAnalyze project pipeline data and market conditions to inform strategic decisionsDevelop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and geographic marketsService Line DevelopmentCollaborate with PDS leadership to enhance and expand service offeringsIdentify opportunities for innovative project delivery methods and technologiesSupport development of new service capabilities based on market demandContribute to thought leadership and marketing initiativesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with other JLL business lines (Capital Markets, Leasing, Property Management) for integrated client solutionsWork closely with project delivery teams to ensure client expectations are metCoordinate with marketing teams on proposal development and client communicationsSupport knowledge sharing across regional PDS teamsRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, project management, development, or business developmentProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationshipsExperience with complex real estate projects across multiple asset classesTechnical ExpertiseDeep understanding of project management methodologies and development processesKnowledge of construction, design, and real estate development lifecycleFamiliarity with project delivery methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, IPD, etc.)Understanding of real estate finance and investment analysisCore CompetenciesExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to build relationships with C-level executivesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesResults-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation and client satisfactionPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree (MBA, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field)Professional certifications (PMP, CCIM, CRE, LEED AP)Experience with international or large-scale development projectsEstablished network within the commercial real estate industryBackground in consulting or professional services environmentMultilingual capabilities for global client relationshipsService Areas of FocusCorporate real estate project managementDevelopment advisory and consultingPortfolio optimization and workplace strategyPublic sector and infrastructure projectsMission-critical facilities (data centers, healthcare, education)Sustainable development and ESG initiativesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary with uncapped commission structureComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plansProfessional development opportunities and continuing education supportAccess to JLL's global network and resourcesCollaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environmentOpportunity to work on prestigious, high-impact real estate projectsCareer advancement opportunities within a Fortune 500 companyTravel RequirementsUp to 25-30% travel may be required for client meetings and project site visitsJLL is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.
