Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Digital Twin Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing digital twin solutions that enhance operational efficiency, predictive maintenance and decision-making processes for our clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Digital Twin Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain digital twin models for buildings and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Tandem and related Autodesk tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Forge API, etc.).
• Data Integration: Connect BIM models with IoT sensors, asset data, and building management systems to create real-time, data-driven digital twins.
• Visualization & Analytics: Support the creation of interactive dashboards and visual platforms for monitoring performance, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Automation & Interoperability: Develop workflows and integrations between Autodesk Tandem and third-party systems to streamline data exchange and reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers to ensure digital twin solutions align with technical and business objectives.
• Quality & Validation: Maintain accuracy and reliability of digital twin models throughout design, construction, and operational phases.
• Innovation & Research: Stay current with advancements in Digital Twin, IoT, AI, and BIM to recommend innovative solutions and improve delivery standards.

This job also involves the following aspects:

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Applying structured project management practices for smooth software and workflow implementation.
• Willingness to adapt, accept feedback, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• BE/BTech in Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in BIM/Digital Twin technologies, preferably in AEC projects.
• Strong understanding of Autodesk Tandem, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Forge APIs.
• Experience with IoT systems, sensor data integration, and digital platform customization.
• Programming knowledge (Python, C#, or JavaScript) preferred for automation and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Compensation:
