About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Jr. Customer Support to handle packaging, customer support, and order dispatch. This role combines operational precision with customer interaction, ensuring that every order is packaged to perfection, customers are well assisted, and dispatches happen on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across multiple functions, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package garments thoughtfully and in line with Eko's brand standards, ensuring presentation reflects our minimal and mindful aesthetic.
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- Coordinate and process order dispatches, ensuring timely shipment and accurate delivery.
- Track shipments, liaise with logistics partners, and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Support inventory management and replenishment to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, packaging, customer service, or order dispatch.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
