Role Overview

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll:

  • Manage
    end-to-end hiring
    for call centre mid-to-senior roles (QA, TL, AM & above).
  • Drive sourcing, screening, negotiations, and timely closures.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for current & future requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to meet manpower needs.
  • Lead/Support
    employee engagement initiatives
    to keep our culture thriving.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior
    BPO hiring experience
    is a must.
  • Strong negotiation & offer management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to deliver under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
