Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Development Projects: Oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, including FSL, JavaScript, Apex, Salesforce Public Sector Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and Mulesoft.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
  • Complex Code Handling: Design and implement complex code solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including FSL, JavaScript, Apex, Salesforce Public Sector Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and Mulesoft.
  • OOP Knowledge: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex Classes and Triggers, VisualForce pages, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex code and provide scalable solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading development teams and projects.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce FSL Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or equivalent are a plus.
