Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
Salesforce Developer
with 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration, with a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop custom applications using
    Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    .
  • Configure and customize
    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
    , or other clouds based on business needs.
  • Build and maintain
    automations using Process Builder, Flows
    , and
    Validation Rules
    .
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
    REST/SOAP APIs
    and middleware (if applicable).
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and admins to gather and refine requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities using
    CI/CD tools
    .
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, development processes, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in
    Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce
    .
  • Experience with
    Salesforce declarative tools
    (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce
    data model, security, sharing rules
    , and performance optimization.
  • Experience with
    integrating Salesforce
    with third-party systems using APIs.
  • Familiarity with
    Version Control (Git)
    and CI/CD pipelines (like
    Gearset
    ,
    Copado
    , or
    Jenkins
    ).
  • Salesforce
    Platform Developer I certification
    (Developer II is a plus).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
