Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Developer located in Noida. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to enhance system functionality. Key responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, developing custom applications and workflows, maintaining data integrity, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborating with teams to optimize Salesforce processes and ensure system performance will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with customization, configuration, and integration within the Salesforce platform
  • Understanding of data modeling, database design, and data migration processes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration tasks, such as creating reports, dashboards, and user management
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator are highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
