Enterprise Architect

Analyse and document current-state architecture, including systems, integrations, and data flows.

Understand business strategy and roadmap to define and evolve the target architecture.

Conduct solution evaluations and comparisons, providing recommendations aligned with enterprise goals.

Drive technology rationalization by identifying redundant or outdated technologies and recommending streamlined alternatives.

Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, including guidelines for security, performance, scalability, and interoperability.

Collaborate with development teams to guide high-level design, ensuring alignment with target architecture.

Perform periodic code reviews to enforce architectural principles and ensure code quality, security, and performance compliance.

Partner with stakeholders across business, security, and operations to ensure architecture meets enterprise-wide requirements.

Serve as a key advisor on strategic initiatives and provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

To provide deep technical expertise to assess solution proposal and specification.

To work closely with key stakeholders from various business units to understand their business requirements and translate them into systems and applications architectural specifications.

To conceptualize and design the end-to-end architecture of the solution by leveraging on the enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform and implement effective IT solutions for the organization and industry and ensuring that they are aligned with the desired business outcomes.

To resolve technical problems and constraints.

To provide supervision and guidance to development teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, solution design, or enterprise architecture.

Sound knowledge in coding languages, Mobile app technologies, various operating systems and databases.

Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment.

Hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers and Kubernetes.

Proven expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns, and modern application architectures (microservices, APIs).

Hands-on experience with architecture modelling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA).

Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, ISO

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill
