Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IATF 16949 Auditor, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The IATF 16949 Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements, preparing audit reports, and recommending corrective actions for clients. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the standard, assisting clients with compliance, and providing training and guidance on quality management systems. The auditor will engage with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas of improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and relevant quality management systems
  • Experience in conducting audits, preparing audit reports, and recommending corrective actions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required for on-site audits
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Certification as an IATF 16949 Lead Auditor is highly preferred
