As we expand, we are looking for a talented and driven Compliance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and regulatory excellence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other regulatory returns for clients.
  • Oversee the compliance aspects of financial reporting, ensuring adherence to legal and tax regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day compliance operations, including Tally-based accounting processes and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide proactive advice on GST and TDS compliance, helping them navigate regulatory changes.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest in GST, TDS, and accounting regulations to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and refine compliance strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, accounting, or related fields within a CA firm or similar environment
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Tally and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of GST and TDS laws, including filing, reconciliation, and compliance procedures.
  • Knowledge of Income Tax, ROC filings, and other compliance-related statutory obligations is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex compliance issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax and compliance matters to clients.
  • Proactive and Problem-Solving Approach: Ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions independently.
