Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all departments are aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic initiatives and drive organizational growth.Collect and analyze data to assess operational performance and guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the IT and Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and performance management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of improving team productivity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹59,695.19 per month
