Asst. Manager

Operational Management

• Planning, organizing, and directing the daily workflow of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and work closely with supervisors and leads to ensure productivity targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout to improve efficiency and flow.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of all warehouse equipment.

Inventory Control

• Manage inventory integrity by enforcing strict cycle counting procedures and conducting regular physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies, reporting significant findings to the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure accurate use of the Warehouse Management System and all related inventory tracking tools by the team.

Administration and Reporting

• Generate and analyze operational reports on key metrics such as volume, productivity, on-time shipping, and labor costs.
• Assist with the development and management of the operational budget, identifying areas for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Logistics) to resolve issues and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
