Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our team at Nexus Jobs. This full-time position is based in our headquarters in Jaipur. The selected candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships to further enhance our talent staffing services across India.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline through effective outreach strategies.
- Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Strong negotiation skills to close deals, manage contracts, and maintain profitable relationships with clients.
- Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill): Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Salesforce: Experience in utilizing Salesforce for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities effectively.
- HubSpot CRM: Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for managing customer interactions and fostering better engagement.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for networking and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Data Analysis: Competence in analyzing data to drive decision-making processes and improve business development strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and operational processes.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide sales strategies.
- Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients, clearly detailing Nexus Jobs' services and benefits.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with outreach campaigns and branding initiatives.
