Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer
Location: Multiple Locations (North & South India)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned regions.

  • Develop strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Service & Support:

  • Install, commission, and maintain packaging machinery at customer sites.

  • Provide prompt technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Train customer staff on machine operation and upkeep.
  • Coordinate with the head office/technical team for escalation of complex issues.
  • Other:

  • Prepare service reports, sales activity reports, and customer feedback.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and professional support.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region for sales and service activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales/service of industrial machinery (packaging or similar industry preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
