Responsible for accurately entering and maintaining technical and product-related data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This includes handling information related to both commercial items and custom-designed products, as well as compiling Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Job Location: Bangalore

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain various types of technical and commercial data in D365 with high accuracy.
  • Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the D365 system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and departments to verify and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure all entries meet company standards, specifications, and formatting guidelines.
  • Assist in improving data entry processes and support best practice initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with global team members via email and other collaboration tools.

Experience

The candidate shall have:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree (English medium) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: 0-4 years in data entry, documentation, or a related technical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-cultural environment.
  • Curious and proactive learner with an interest in technical data and components.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical components or technical specifications is preferred.
