The Digital Placement is staffing and recruiting company that operates in the Indian market.

Position Overview:
The Data Entry Operator position reports to Global Security Activity, Site Security Manager and Technical Center Campus, Bangalore, India. The operator is responsible for managing the material management database and associated activities.

Position Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Data Entry Operator position are as follows:
  • Manage and conduct routine activities related to material transactions at the Campus in accordance with direction from the Site Security Manager
  • Maintain and implement all relevant policies, plans, and procedures related to material management at the Campus
  • Coordinate and maintain relationship with designated stakeholders
  • Gather, collate, and prepare documents, materials, and information for data entry on a daily/as-needed basis
  • Ensure data protection in compliance with Boeing Information Protection guidelines
  • Conduct assessments to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials
  • Review all documents and information for accuracy and notify supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies
  • Capture data into digital databases and perform regular backups
  • Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems
  • Monitor and review databases and correct errors or inconsistencies
  • Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed
  • Provide support to other security activity as required
Candidate Qualifications:
The following qualifications are required for the Data Entry Operator position:
  • Bachelor's degree (any stream)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Material management/transaction
  • Prior practical experience of handling material management applications
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office software
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent typing abilities and both Hindi and English fluency; Kannada fluency is desirable
  • Proficient in producing written plans and effective communication in both oral and written formats
  • Basic experience of handling security operations
