Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer at LH Risk Management Pvt Ltd in Tricity of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, conducting site inspections, recruiting and managing security personnel, and liaising with clients to ensure that their safety and security requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in security services, law enforcement, or military background
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve effectively
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments
  • Attention to detail and keen observation skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
  • Special QR - The applicant should be a resident or working in tricity in a similar role for past three years.
  • Graduate will be given preference.
