Healthcare Territory Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Territory Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing territory sales teams, and ensuring the success of new products.

  1. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  2. Territory Management: Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals in a specific geographic territory, ensuring they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. New Product Success: Ensure successful launches and rollouts of new products, services, or initiatives within your territory.
  4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that may impact sales performance.
  5. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Stock Management:
  • Ensure timely and efficient stock deliveries to customers.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
