Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Placement Strategist to lead influencer seeding, styling, and garment placements for our hero products and collaboration collections This role requires someone with strong industry connections, a keen fashion sense, and the ability to maximize visibility through strategic influencer and celebrity partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive influencer seeding and styling strategy for key products and collaborative launches.

  • Place branded garments with mega macro influencers, creators, and celebrities.

  • Identify opportunities with local IPs, trending creators, and niche community figures.

  • Manage product flow, styling requests and placement logistics.

  • Collaborate with PR and co-marketing teams to enhance visibility and brand recall.

  • Track placements and evaluate impact on awareness, engagement, and brand equity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity styling, fashion PR.

  • Proven experience in fashion placements, creator partnerships, or brand collaborations.

  • Existing network with stylists, talent managers, or influencers is highly preferred.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and cultural trends.

  • Excellent eye for styling, fashion aesthetics, and product market fit.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously.

  • Strong communication relationship building, and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical mindset to track, report, and optimize placement performance.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, creative environment.
