- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

- Handle incoming inquiries or service-related queries.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Persuade prospects to purchase or schedule appointments/demos.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
5. Meeting Targets
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Work towards sales or appointment-setting goals.
6. Handling Objections
- Respond to customer objections confidently and clearly.
- Clarify doubts and address concerns effectively.
7. Feedback & Reporting
- Collect feedback from customers and report to the supervisor.
- Submit daily call reports and performance updates.
8. Follow-up Activities
- Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule callbacks when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
