Making Outbound Calls

  • Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

2. Receiving Inbound Calls

  • Handle incoming inquiries or service-related queries.
  • Provide accurate information to customers.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Persuade prospects to purchase or schedule appointments/demos.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

5. Meeting Targets

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
  • Work towards sales or appointment-setting goals.

6. Handling Objections

  • Respond to customer objections confidently and clearly.
  • Clarify doubts and address concerns effectively.

7. Feedback & Reporting

  • Collect feedback from customers and report to the supervisor.
  • Submit daily call reports and performance updates.

8. Follow-up Activities

  • Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule callbacks when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
