**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting potential customers via telephone and providing detailed information about our products/services.
- Resolving customer queries and understanding their needs.
- Identifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
- Updating and maintaining the customer database.
- Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Collaborating with the team and helping to improve the sales process.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in Gujarati and Hindi (knowledge of English is an added advantage).
- A clear and engaging voice.
- Customer service and sales experience is desirable.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Self-confident, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Ability to work as a team player.
