**ob Description**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Telesales Executive** to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply Your primary role will be to make outbound calls, interact with potential customers, and generate leads or sales for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: Contact potential customers to introduce and explain company products or services.
- **Follow Sales Scripts**: Use a provided script to guide conversations and address customer queries.
- **Handle Inquiries**: Provide accurate information about the product or service and resolve any basic customer concerns.
- **Generate Leads**: Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads for follow-up.
- **Maintain Records**: Accurately record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in the system.
- **Meet Targets**: Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Reconnect with interested customers for further discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduates are welcome.
- **Experience**: Freshers are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication skills in [insert required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Polite and professional telephone etiquette.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
