**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
- Maintain a database of leads and update call status regularly.
- Schedule meetings with the sales team for interested clients.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in tele calling, sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided).
- Good at handling rejections and objections.
- Ability to multitask and maintain client records.
