Timings  : 10:00am to 7:00pm
Job Type:  Full-Time
Experience Required:  0–2 years (Freshers may apply)
Industry:  (E.g., BPO, Finance, Education, Real Estate, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telly Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, or resolve customer queries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
  • Inform customers about products/services and explain benefits.
  • Generate and maintain leads, update CRM or call logs.
  • Follow up on previous interactions for closures or feedback.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, or complaints professionally.
  • Maintain call records and daily reports.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
  • Good communication skills in (English/Hindi/Regional Language).
  • Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing/sales/customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult calls.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
