Responsibilities include building QA workflows, leading distributed teams, mentoring analysts, and collaborating with engineering, product, and data science teams. You will also be responsible for automation efforts, dashboard/report development, offshore coordination, and ensuring SLA adherence and consistency across pricing operations. Experience with Redmine, JIRA, and automation tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of pricing strategy, resale economics, and e-commerce dynamics.
