Job Title: FLS

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

  2. Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and attending promotional events.

  3. Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients and engage in regular follow-ups to build a relationship.

  4. Sales Pitch and Closing Deals:

  5. Present and promote Casagrands real estate projects to potential buyers in a convincing manner.

  6. Answer client queries and address concerns to facilitate decision-making.
  7. Work on converting prospects into confirmed sales by explaining benefits, resolving objections, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.

  8. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  9. Gather insights on competitors projects, pricing, and sales strategies.

  10. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to better inform clients.

  11. Documentation and Reporting:

  12. Assist clients with the necessary documentation, including booking forms, agreements, and payment receipts.

  13. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, lead status, and sales conversions.

  14. Achieving Sales Targets:

  15. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

  16. Strategize with the sales team to improve sales performance and meet targets.

  17. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  18. Coordinate with the marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

  19. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client feedback for product and service improvements.

  20. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  21. Experience: 3-10 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  22. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.
  23. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  24. Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and establish trust.
  25. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
  26. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel to various project sites and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  27. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (Excel, Word) is a plus.

  • Monthly sales target achievement

  • Conversion rate from leads to confirmed bookings
  • Customer satisfaction scores and feedback
