Job Title: Sr. Manager - Digital Platforms

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Meet the Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager - Digital Platforms to oversee the delivery of our Salesforce and Web team (which uses AEM tech stack). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital platforms, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the delivery and performance of the Salesforce team, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
• Manage the Web team, focusing on projects utilizing the AEM tech stack, to enhance our digital presence, external website and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, IT to ensure alignment, prioritization of work and successful project execution.
• Work closely with global functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of projects across different regions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the teams.
• Build a strong team, ensuring the recruitment and development of highly skilled professionals.
• Demonstrate strong mentoring, coaching, and performance management skills to develop and retain top talent.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Manage vendor resources, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience and among them 5 years in managing multiple digital platforms and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce, and Web tech stack including AEM experience.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in digital platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Experience with DevOps.
