Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Client Outreach Executive to be part of our team in Noida.
The Client Outreach Executive serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers. The role involves connecting with potential buyers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable real estate options, building & nurturing relationships, managing client accounts and converting enquiries into successful site visits for the sales team. This position plays a critical role in creating a strong customer experience and supporting business growth. The selected candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized solutions, and guiding them throughout their journey with Celeste Abode. Collaboration with cross departments & teams will be essential to ensure successful outcomes and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads from portals, campaigns, referrals, and digital sources
- Engage customers with clear, accurate information about real estate projects
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and buying intent
- Recommend the best-fit property options from Celeste Abode's portfolio
- Build trust and maintain a consultative communication approach
- Convert enquiries into confirmed site visits
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain CRM data with timely updates and follow-ups
- Share customer insights with management to support marketing & sales strategy
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of tele-sales / pre-sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to effectively understand and address client needs.
- Experience in Consulting or providing tailored advice to clients, ensuring their preferences and goals are met.
- Ability to work collaboratively, excellent problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong persuasion abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets, especially Noida/NCR, preferred
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & email communication.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
