Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships across the lifecycle of office interior projects. The role focuses on ensuring a superior client experience, effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and long-term customer satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project onboarding, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the engagement.
  • Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and ensure they are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage client expectations related to timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate closely with design, project execution, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Identify potential risks or client concerns early and take corrective actions to prevent escalation.
  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction check-ins to strengthen relationships.
  • Support client retention, repeat business, and referrals by delivering a consistently positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action points.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in Business Development or CRM Role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing roles is preferred
