Job Summary
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships across the lifecycle of office interior projects. The role focuses on ensuring a superior client experience, effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and long-term customer satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project onboarding, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the engagement.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and ensure they are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively manage client expectations related to timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate closely with design, project execution, procurement, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify potential risks or client concerns early and take corrective actions to prevent escalation.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction check-ins to strengthen relationships.
- Support client retention, repeat business, and referrals by delivering a consistently positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action points.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in Business Development or CRM Role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing roles is preferred
