We are looking for a Software Support Executive for an ongoing software service that ensures
the maintenance of a ready software solution. This service includes troubleshooting client
issues, resolving queries, handling client inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities
■ Conduct online training sessions for newly onboarded clients.
■ Answer to the customers' technical issues through incoming & outgoing calls.
■ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
■ Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams.
■ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
■ Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
■ Prepare accurate and timely reports.
■ Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Requirement
■ Should have knowledge in the software industry & Call based Client support
■ High customer and service orientation
■ Proven working experience in technical support,
■ At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
Skill :
■ Strong problem-solving skills.
■ Excellent client-facing skills.
■ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
