International Tele Caller Executive

**Position**:International Telecaller (Day/Night Shift)

**Reports To**:Team Lead/Sales Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:
- Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to prospects in international markets, primarily the USA/ Canada/ Australia.
- Introduce CaseFox, explain its features, and highlight its value proposition to potential clients.
**Lead Qualification**:
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify leads.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders to ensure effective follow-ups.
**Meeting/ Demo Scheduling**:
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team using cloud-based scheduling tools.
- Ensure all scheduled appointments are accurately logged and handed over to the sales team.
**CRM Updates**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all call outcomes and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Track lead progress and update statuses to ensure a seamless sales process.
**Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled demos.
- Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Handle objections and provide basic information to prospects in a professional and confident manner.
- Build rapport with prospects to create a positive impression of CaseFox.
**Process Adherence**:
- Follow the defined calling scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address prospect queries.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in international telecalling, BPO, or SaaS sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud-based software is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of US English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with an intellectual customer base.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SaaS products

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability to work in day or night shifts as required.
- **Shift Timings**: Day/Night shifts (as per business requirements).
