Weare looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive tocontribute to the growth of our company. Job Summary:The basic aim of business development executives, also known as businessdevelopment representatives, is to increase the amount of revenue a businessgains by generating more leads. This role differs from that of an accountexecutive due to the emphasis on new clients: a business development executiveis more likely to be employed by a company looking to expand its client base,perhaps by breaking out into new sectors or using new methods of reaching andcommunicating with potential leads. So, creative and strategic thinking islikely to be essential. Maintaining current business relationships will stillbe important.Day to day responsibilities might include:· researching potential new leads and keeping on top ofdevelopments in the industry· Ability to come up with pitches and willingness to visitinstitutions and deliver attention capturing talks about the organization andits goals, to seek out potential clients.· contacting prospective clients through a variety ofmediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing ormeeting in person· working with other teams and colleagues to help alignofferings with the needs of clients· keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updatingCRM (customer relationship management) systems· holding presentations and demonstrations for potentialclients· communicating with and informing existing clients in away that supports an ongoing relationship. Requirements· 3+ years of business development and immigrationexperience· Excellent communication and presentation skills· the ability to influence and negotiate with others· commercial awareness· the ability to think creatively and strategically· organisational skills· self -motivation and the ability to be motivated bytargets· resilience· basic IT skills.
