Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Junior HR Recruiter. The Junior HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves handling onboarding processes, maintaining recruitment records, building relationships with candidates, and supporting the development of effective recruitment strategies. The Junior HR Recruiter will work closely with HR teams and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Experience in maintaining candidate databases and comprehensive attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset, ability to collaborate with HR colleagues, and a keen focus on supporting company growth
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in recruitment or human resource management is a plus
