Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and driven HR Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring for Non-IT roles across various domains. Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening to evaluate candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate and follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and update candidate databases regularly.
  • Ensure timely closure of assigned positions with quality candidates.
  • Build strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Non-IT & IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and deliver under timelines.
  • Consultancy recruitment experience will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
