  • Design Experience: 15+ Years in Commercial Bldg., Hospital, Airport, Metro, Factories & Building, Ports, High Rise Building etc in a Contracting / consultancy firm. (High side & Low Side)
  • Minimum Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Aptitude towards adaption of new technologies to improve productivity and quality
  • Must be pro-active and well communicative in approach.
  • Hand on experience in using various design softwares e.g., Heat Load (HAP / Equivalent), Duct Design, Pipe Design etc
  • Well versed with Codal Requirement e.g. Relevant IS/ASHRAE/SMACNA/DW/NBC standards during design
  • Hand on experience in preparation of Design Basis Report (DBR), Detailed BOQ, Concept Design Drgs & Documents
  • Experience in project estimation.
  • Exposure in designing IGBC rated buildings
  • Experience in designing & selection of Equipment e.g., Centrifugal Chillers, Constant Speed Pumps, Variable Speed Pumping System, Cooling Towers, AHU, HRW, FCU, Various type of fans, VAV, VRF, PAC, etc.
  • Experience in designing & selection of low side items e.g., Ducting, Piping, Chemical Dosing System, Insulation, Valves, Plant Room Pipe Rack, Chiller Plant Manager, Electricals of HVAC system, BMS integration etc
  • Experience in Peer Review of design, drawings, documents.
  • Experience in analysing Tender Documents, Drgs, etc, raising of Pre-bid queries
  • Exposure in Techno-Commercial evaluation of Vendor / Subcontractors submission.
  • Technical discussion with client, consultant, PMC and other stake holders
  • Obtaining on time approval of Drgs, Material Submittals etc.
  • Familiarization with AUTOCAD, BIM operation
  • Hand on experience on review of MEP coordinated drawing
