Function Overview

The Digital and Technology team at General Mills stands as the largest and foremost unit, dedicated to exploring the latest trends and

innovations in technology while leading the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across the organization.

Purpose of the role

This is a pivotal time to be part of General Mills Supply Chain and ITQ Solutions Delivery organization, as we lead a global supply chain

transformation across our North America, International, and PET businesses through modern platforms like SAP S/4, Coupa, Tripple-

Point, Palantir and other legacy custom application, in the Sourcing and Procurement area.

As Sr. D&T Manager Supply Chain, you will drive the Run, Improve, and Transform agenda across planning, logistics execution, and

data-driven operations for GMI global supply chain. You will lead day-to-day delivery, capability advancement, and transformation of

platforms including SAP S/4, Coupa, Tripple-Point, Palantir, DataOps, and AI enablement, while managing a large cross-techno-

functional team across North America and India GIC.

This role would require Functional expertise along Sourcing and Procurement function, experience of cutting-edge data driven

interventions in Sourcing, understanding of Technology and integration and strategic business partnership to deliver scalable impact.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master degree / MBA preferred, with a focus on Operations, Analytics, or

Technology Management

years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Technology, preferably within FMCG or related industries

Proven track record of leading and delivering Sourcing and Procurement Solutions, along core and intelligent systems (data platforms

and analytics) along varied operating models

Experience of IT planning and managing budget (OPEX/CAPEX), vendor budgets, and resource planning to ensure cost-effective execution
