Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Network Technology Manager to lead and mentor a team of network and security engineers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise and service-provider network architectures, and hands-on experience managing
    Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs), Routers, Switches, IDS/IPS, NAC, ZTNA, and SASE solutions.
  • This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires strong design, implementation, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of network and security engineers responsible for design, deployment, and management of enterprise and customer networks.
  • Architect and implement solutions using Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, Sophos, etc.), Routers, Switches (Cisco, Juniper, HP, Aruba), Zscaler.
  • Manage and optimize network IDS/IPS, NAC, ZTNA, and SASE solutions across hybrid and multi-site environments.
  • Ensure network performance, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain network design standards, topology documentation, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with SOC, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure integrated monitoring and incident response.
  • Work with presales and solution architects for customer design workshops and proposals .
  • Supervise, incident handling, and problem resolution processes for network escalations.
  • Lead POCs, evaluations, and OEM coordination for adopting emerging network technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (L2/L3, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, STP, QoS, VPNs).
  • Hands-on experience with Next-Gen Firewalls
    (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco, Sophos).
  • Proficiency in NAC
    (Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE, FortiNAC), ZTNA, and SASE frameworks.
  • Experience with Network IDS/IPS, segmentation, WAN optimization, and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and secure network design principles.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring, configuration management, and compliance tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Aruba ACMP, or Cisco ISE Specialist are an advantage.
  • Experience in IT service delivery or managed security services (MSSP) environment preferred.
