This is a foundational role at the very heart of our business. As a
Seller Acquisition Manager
, you are the engine of our supply. Your mission will be to identify, connect with, and convince homeowners to partner exclusively with Openhouse. This isn't just a sales job; you are a consultant, a problem-solver, and the first point of contact for sellers, guiding them toward a modern, transparent, and hassle-free way to sell their most valuable asset.
What You'll Do
- Evangelize the Vision:
Meet with homeowners in top residential societies, understand their challenges with the traditional resale market, and passionately pitch the unique Openhouse value proposition. - Build Trust & Relationships:
Act as a trusted advisor to sellers, establishing instant rapport and guiding them through our property assessment, pricing, and onboarding process. - Drive for Exclusivity:
Your core objective is to skillfully negotiate and sign exclusive mandate agreements, making Openhouse the sole partner in the seller's journey. - Be the Face of Openhouse:
You will represent our brand on the ground, embodying the professionalism, transparency, and trust we stand for. - Gather Market Intelligence:
Be our eyes and ears in the field, gathering insights on pricing trends, seller sentiment, and competitor activity to help us stay sharp. - Own Your Pipeline:
Manage your own pipeline of leads from initial contact to successful onboarding, working with a high degree of autonomy.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as business development, sales, consulting, or high-touch relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proven ability to be persuasive and persistent.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in real estate is a plus, but a passion for our mission is a must.
