Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Central Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regularly meeting with clients, networking, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Network Building skills
  • Understanding of Marketing Solutions including Digital Marketing, ATL/BTL Activations, and Corporate Branding
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
