Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall functioning of the showroom, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by offering personalised service and building long-term relationships.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control, replenishment, and product display.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies for growth.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a jewellery showroom (jewellery industry experience is mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
